Our co-op spans across 60+ different farms, each with its unique characteristics and growing conditions, allowing us to offer a diverse and exceptional range of Hawaiian coffees that are as varied as the islands themselves. From the lush rainforests of South Kona to the volcanic slopes of Mt. Hualalai, our coffee beans thrive in the rich, fertile soil that has been enriched by the island’s natural volcanic activity for centuries.

Our classic Kona Arabica coffee, celebrated worldwide for its smooth taste and distinct flavor profiles, flourishes on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Hualalai, absorbing the rich nutrients from the volcanic soil. The unique combination of altitude, climate, and soil produces coffee that is both vibrant and smooth, with nuanced notes that reflect the essence of the island.

One of our standout offerings is Kona Healthy Hapa, a unique coffee crafted to cater to those seeking a smoother, low-acid coffee option without sacrificing flavor. Developed with a focus on health and wellness, Kona Healthy Hapa maintains the rich flavors of traditional Kona coffee while reducing the acidity, making it perfect for those with sensitive stomachs or looking for a gentler brew. This coffee is a true innovation, bringing together Hawaiian coffee heritage with modern health-conscious preferences.

Moving to the east side of the Big IslandWood Valley is home to our Ka’u coffee, grown in a unique microclimate that produces an exceptional cup of coffee. Known for its balanced flavor and full-bodied richness, Ka’u coffee represents the hidden gem of Hawaii’s coffee-growing regions.

In addition to these renowned areas, our co-op also offers coffees from the islands of Maui and Moloka’i, where the distinct regional climates and soil contribute to rare and exceptional coffee profiles. Each coffee from these islands is carefully selected to highlight its unique characteristics, making them a true reflection of the diversity of Hawaiian terroir.
